使用方法
•使用1滴V-6™綜合純植物油或橄欖油稀釋1滴R.C. 精油，塗抺於所需部位。
•在清晨運動前，您可將R.C. 精油擦在您的胸腔和頸後。
•在健身，戶外探險或瑜伽練習後，使用V-6™綜合純植物油稀釋R.C. 精油以進行足部或背部按摩。
•您亦可擴香使用，每日3次，每次30分鐘。

How to Use
•Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.•Rub on your chest and back of the neck before an early-morning workout.
•Use with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex for a foot or back massage after your gym routine, outdoor adventure, or yoga practice.
•Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
•Place a few drops in a hot bath or shower. The warm water will calm and soothe you, and the oil will diffuse with the steam for an invigorating and empowering experience.
